Why was Lakehead the right university for you?
Lakehead was right for me because it provided me with the small classes, dedicated professors, and tailor-made programs that I was searching for, all right under my nose.

What is your fondest memory of Lakehead?
My fondest memory of Lakehead was getting a job as International Student Advisor in 1997, the perfect job for me at the time.

What was your favourite Lakehead hangout?
My favourite hang-out was the former Study, which was then the only campus pub (pre-1991). It even had a small dance floor and the best 80s music...wait, it was the 80s!

What was the best study spot on campus?
The main floor of the library was my favourite study spot, behind the book-shelves in a secluded, secret spot.

Who was your most memorable professor? Why?
My most memorable professor was Dr. Roger Delaney (Social Work);  because he made sense, challenged all his students and was ridiculously funny.

What was your most embarrassing Lakehead moment?
My most embarrassing Lakehead moment was getting lost in the tunnels, while writing the GMAT, on my way back from the bathroom. That was stressful.

What was your greatest accomplishment/defining moment at Lakehead?
My greatest accomplishment at Lakehead was obtaining a first-class standing in all 3 of my undergraduate degrees.

What has your Lakehead degree done for you?
My Lakehead degree has allowed me to travel and work my way all around the world, learn different languages, and come to appreciate where I come from (Thunder Bay).

Any advice for upcoming Lakehead students?
My advice for upcoming Lakehead students is: "don't stress."
