Lakehead University has exchange opportunities at over 40 institutions in 8 different countries.

Study Internationally

So, you're learning a new language, or you're interested in discovering other cultures. You've got a knack for travel, or maybe it's your first time leaving home. You've already explored the realms past your own backyard, or the call of an exciting adventure rings in your mind. Either way - an International Exchange is a great opportunity for you to see the world and have the experience of a lifetime.

Lakehead University has partnerships with universities all over the world, including France, Sweden, Finland, Germany - even Australia to name a few! Through an International Exchange Program at Lakehead, you'll have the chance to live in one of these countries for up to a full year while continuing your university studies.

Every year, a lucky group of Lakehead students take part in an exchange opportunity. Maybe you'll be next! Here's some reasons why you should plan to take part in an exchange:
